You have exactly 30 calendar days from the official delivery date (as recorded by the carrier tracking system) to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was marked as delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. 100% Free Returns (No Return Shipping Fees)

To eliminate any shopping risk, return shipping is entirely free at FINP. We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not require customers to pay for return postal labels. Once your return request is officially authorized by our support team, we will issue a prepaid shipping label via email.

4. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Initiate: Contact our support department via email at info@finp.shop within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a brief explanation (with photos if the item arrived damaged).
  2. Receive Label: If your return complies with our criteria, we will email you a prepaid shipping label alongside detailed instructions on how to package the item.
  3. Ship: Securely pack the item in its original box, affix the prepaid label onto the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Please note: Do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer or the address listed on your shipping box without prior authorization.

5. 10-Day Refund Processing Period

Once your return shipment arrives at our inspection facility, our staff will inspect the items within 3 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., the specific credit card or digital wallet used).
