Thank you for choosing FINP. We are committed to delivering our high-quality, minimalist products safely and reliably to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed by customers within the United States. Please review our logistics timeframes, costs, and terms below.

1. Shipping Destination

We specialize in serving the domestic United States market. Currently, we ship to all valid physical residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations outside the United States at this time.

2. Shipping Cost: Free Shipping

To provide maximum value, FINP offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders storewide. There is no minimum purchase threshold required, no subscription hidden costs, and no extra delivery surcharges applied during checkout.

3. Order Timeline & Delivery Framework

Our comprehensive delivery timeframe is distinctly divided into Handling (Processing) Time and Transit (Shipping) Time:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). During this phase, we verify billing, run quality checks, safely package the items, and hand them over to our domestic logistics partners. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
  • Transit Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the actual duration it takes for the carrier to transport your package from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Combined, you can expect to receive your order within 8 to 16 business days from the moment the order is validated.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Within 24 hours of your package leaving our distribution hub, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation Email to the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can track your package's journey in real-time via our website or directly through the carrier's portal.

5. Address Modifications and Cancellations

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Because we strive to process orders rapidly, we can only accommodate address changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. 6. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages

While we partner with elite global logistics networks, unforeseen delays (such as extreme weather disruptions, customs bottlenecks, or postal carrier strikes) may occur. If your package has not arrived within 18 business days, please email us at info@finp.shop. We will open an official investigation with the carrier. If a package is formally declared lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a complete replacement or full refund immediately.

The FINP brand and website are owned and managed by AURA SDA PTY LTD (ACN: 657 426 278). All logistical fulfillment is monitored and managed to comply with United States consumer protection laws.
